Current research

I am interested in low level vision and goal directed factors and how they interact to shape the contents of our visual perception and awareness. To investigate the underlying neuronal processes, I am using non-invasive neuroimaging techniques such as electroencephalography (EEG) in combination with the method of frequency tagging, applying Fourier, time-frequency, as well as standard ERP analysis methods.

Research interests

  • Visual perception & awareness
  • Attention
  • Neural Oscillations
